As a developing country, Bangladesh has to face many problems. The most critical problems that poke us all time is the poverty and population. Along with these, all the problems that we encountered continuously for a long time are the creation of our own. And the main facts of those difficulties are illiteracy and unconsciousness. Both of them are related to each other. A large number of people of this country are not interested in education. They think that education has no use and for that, they haven't any knowledge on how to develop own self, how to be successful, the invention of science, and the condition of the left of the world. The government of Bangladesh along with many NGO's are trying to create sense over the situation on the people. But it is quite tricky. From a recent study, we found that in Bangladesh the rate of school drop-out at Primary, Junior and Secondary level is quite high. It is seen that even in the high literacy districts the drop-out rate of students aged between 6 to 10 is about 15%. Possibly, these children were either never admitted into school or never went to school even though took admission; or got admission in school after crossing the age group (UNICEF-2015). According to UNICEF report, the number of drop out in the rural areas is more than that in the urban areas, and the ratio stands at 16:11. To overcome this perpetual problem, it is imperative to pay more attention to the educational system of rural students. In the same year out of 16,95,467 registered SSC examinees, only 14,526,05 appeared the exams. Among those who passed the examinations, only 13,010,99 got admission to college to perform the HSC examinations. It shows that the drop-out rate of students is more prior to and after SSC period. According to a government statistics, in the year 2015, about 40.29% students withered away before their SSC examinations and the percentage comes at 19.11% for Class VIII students before JSC Examinations. It only tells a little about our backdated education system.

The major causes for which the students' drop-out from school and colleges affecting the progress of education system are:

• Family’s financial crisis is handicapping the students’ education and resulting in drop-out due to involvement in works as daily laborers to help improve family’s financial condition.
• Lack of motivation and counseling from family, teacher or some other organization about the importance of education.

ProChESTA is working to improve this condition, and they believe in the inherent potentiality and talents of every child. We think that little bit of assistance and morale boosting of the children can bring about a significant change in the social structure. With this concept in mind, ProChESTA is working relentlessly to instill hope and aspiration in the underprivileged children by providing them with necessary guidance and counseling. Our first and most important objective is to arrange for underprivileged children’s education thereby contributing directly to the expected improvement of the country’s overall education system. We are aimed to provide them the financial expense for education (providing school fees, uniform expenses, transportation expenses and stationary expenses). Besides this, we are motivated to improve their family’s financial condition by helping them with the adequate guideline and financial support. It needs to mention that we work for those students who are talented and living under poverty line. We do lots of research and studies for selecting them. Education is a basic need for a man, and one has the right to be educated. We are trying to improve the entire condition of the country by improving the literacy rate and providing the proper guideline and counseling.

Become A Volunteer

ProChESTA is the organization that works for the improvement of country’s entire socio-economic condition. We are motivated to provide the adequate financial support with the proper guideline and appropriate counseling to the poor but talented genius students. We guide the students that we selected for helping them with discussion, information gathering information, and constructive guidance to fix their future goal; by this, we have driven them to their successful life of near future. Besides these, we are trying to identify poor and very poor families and assist them in income-generating activities with a view to raising their poverty index. These identified families will be put into activities based on their previous work experiences/skills or interest for a particular job. It may be in the form of providing a fund for small business and assisting them with making an appropriate plan for the business. Not only providing a fund for small business, but we also give them the appropriate guideline to upgrade their business in a proper way and keep our eyes on their development along with the activities. We also decided to serve the old people of our society. In the various study, we see that old people are going with various socio-economic troubles such as shelter, food, hospitality, medication, nursing, and others. We are aimed to identify them and give them our hand by preventing their such problems. In this context, we need some volunteer who wants to be in such development program that aimed to bring changes in the life of that marginal poor community and as well as country’s entire atmosphere. The volunteers have to do such duty that discussed below:

• Identifying the poor but talented students from various region of the country.
• Make a list of them according to their needs and requirements.
• Research on the problems that they faced.
• Providing them proper educational support (school fees, transportation costs, stationary expenses and uniform).
• Providing mental support and counseling to the selected students to facilitate smooth pursuance of education.
• Motivating and advising students not to stop their education in the midway.
• Giving all necessary support to students to develop and display their talents.
• Providing advice and suggestions to help the student realize the importance of education.
• Need to help students in capacity building and prepare them to face the challenges of the current competitive world.
• Organizing training for skill and knowledge development of our students.
• Depending on individual’s technical and other skills, inspiring students to get involved in some income generating activities.
• Investigating the causes of student drop-out and undertake a new strategy to reduce it as much as possible.
• Identifying the poor and extremely poor families to bring them under the network of income-generating activities.
• Provide necessary support and facilities to the elderly people.

It is indeed to come to the educated and talented people for helping the underprivileged generation of our country. Because without them, we can’t take our country over the top and can’t develop our society’s socio-economic condition. Be An Ambassador

ProChESTA is the platform that works for developing the entire socio-economic condition of Bangladesh. The platform is motivated to provide the adequate supports to country’s poor and ultra-poor population is some basis. Such as:

• Providing appropriate guideline with proper counseling to the poor, but talented genius students. First, we identify the poor but brilliant students in their academic results and creativity. Then we guide them to decide their future goals by discussing, counseling and helping them by gathering information. After that, we support them by providing their institutional fees, stationary expenses, transport expenses and educational financial supports. We have been aimed at providing a successful future to the poor talented students.
• Besides these, we are trying to identify poor and ultra poor families and assist them in income-generating activities with a view to raising their poverty index. We identify them on the basis of their daily calorie needs and income. Then we put them into some income-generating activities based on their previous work experiences/skills, passion, and interest for a particular job. And also providing the fund for small business and assisting them with making an appropriate plan for the business. In spite of providing a fund for small business, we also give them the appropriate guideline to upgrade their business in a proper way and keep our eyes on their development along with the activities.
• In addition, now we have decided to help the old poor people of our society. After analyzing some research, we found that many old people are going with various socio-economic troubles such as shelter, food, hospitality, medication, nursing, mental supports and so on. We are aimed to identify them and give them our hand by preventing such problems.

As a national hero and respected person, we think that you also love this country. As a jingoistic, you may be love to be our ambassador to bring happiness in a large amount of our country’s population. As an ambassador you can play a vital role in our fight. You have to represent our efforts in various international meetings, parties, our various events for raising fund for the underprivileged population. We might play a vital role as a figurehead of our platform in increasing awareness, creating the image of our efforts and related tasks.

It is an urgent need to come to the educated and talented people for helping the underprivileged generation of our country. This is indeed for our own purpose. Because without them, we can’t take our country on the top position and can’t develop our society’s socio-economic condition. ProChESTA is trying to bring the positive changes in the underprivileged population of our home. So, if you are the enthusiastic one to make a change, it will be best if you join our team.

Host An Event

ProChESTA is the platform that aimed to bring a positive change in the life of the underprivileged population of Bangladesh. ProChESTA works for the poor and ultra poor population of this country which results in developing our overall socio-economic condition by providing adequate motivational and financial support to the poor and poorest.

In this context, we are looking for such sponsor who has planned for creating such events which can help that population. If you have any plans for such development, you can share with us. We can help you in organizing the program. But the program has to be motivated to make positive changes in our overall socio-economic condition. We will adapt your event from your side.

In addition, you can also be a part of our efforts by sponsoring our events and programs. We have some plan to organize some events in this context, such as constructing schools for the underprivileged students of the remote area, technical and motivational training program for the poor and ultra poor families, constructing and running old home for the poor old of our country and so on. You can keep your eyes on them and select one from them.
